# Should You Buy or Sell Now, or Wait? The Real Cost of Waiting

Most people don't lose money by making the wrong move. They lose it by making no move at all.

I'm Thinking About SellingI'm Thinking About Buying

## For Homeowners: Another Year in the Wrong House

The house that fit 10 years ago may not fit today. If you're asking yourself "should I sell now or wait," start with what staying is costing you.

### Paying for space you don't use

Upkeep on a pool, yard, or extra rooms you rarely use.

### Rising costs on an aging home

Insurance, roof, AC, and plumbing don't get cheaper with time.

### Equity sitting idle

Your equity could be working for your next chapter instead.

### Florida homestead portability

Moving within Florida, you may be able to carry part of your Save Our Homes tax savings to your next home.

### Life on hold

Single-story living, less to manage, or being closer to the people who matter.

Ask yourself: what does one more year here really cost me?

Waiting feels safe because it's familiar. But doing nothing is still a decision, and it has a price. Let's figure out what yours is.
