## What This Means for Treasure Coast Buyers

Rates dipped for the second week in a row, down to 7.24%. That's still higher than this spring, but buyers have more room to negotiate right now on price, repairs and closing costs. If you're waiting for rates to fall, remember more buyers come back when they do.
