Meritage Homes
Energy-efficient new homes built for how you live
Meritage Homes is one of the nation's leading homebuilders and a recognized leader in energy-efficient construction. On the Treasure Coast, Meritage builds single-family homes designed around their signature energy-efficient package, which typically includes spray foam insulation, advanced HVAC systems, low-E windows, and fresh-air management. The result is homes that are quieter, healthier, and less expensive to operate than typical new construction. Meritage's local Treasure Coast community is Hampton Park, a gated neighborhood at 5769 Hampton Park Circle (off 8th Street and 58th Avenue) that offers two distinct collections, the Classic Series and the larger Signature Series.

Important, read before contacting this builder
To negotiate price, incentives, upgrades, and closing costs on your behalf, we must register you with the builder before you call, email, or visit a sales office. If you contact the builder first, most builders won't let an agent represent you afterward.
